Thais works with videogames since 2010. It all started when she started to research game design at the\u00a0Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo. This research granted her\u00a0M.Sc. degree and a published book on the game design framework resulting. She also\u00a0co-founded JoyMasher<\/a> along with Danilo Dias in 2012. JoyMasher released\u00a0Oniken<\/a>, Odallus<\/a>, Blazing Chrome<\/a> and Vengeful Guardian: Moonrider<\/a>. Thais also worked on other game companies or as a freelancer, in titles such as\u00a0Finding Monsters<\/a> and many more<\/a>. She is now researching how to create unusual experiences through play, specially when negative emotions are involved. On this subject, she released\u00a0Rainy Day<\/a>. Currently,\u00a0she teaches Game Design on PUCPR, is a PhD researcher at Tampere University, works at JoyMasher, unveils the bittersweetness of game design and tries to make games that matter. This is her blue sky.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thais Weiller trabalha com jogos desde 2010. Tudo come\u00e7ou quando ela come\u00e7ou a estudar game design na ECA-USP, que lhe rendeu o t\u00edtulo de mestre e a publica\u00e7\u00e3o de sua disserta\u00e7\u00e3o no formato de um livro<\/a>. Junto com Danilo Dias, ela fundou a JoyMasher<\/a> em 2012. A JoyMasher lan\u00e7ou\u00a0Oniken<\/a>, Odallus<\/a>, Blazing Chrome<\/a> e Vengeful Guardian: Moonrider<\/a>.
